These terms govern your use of Signal and Axiom, both operated by Yarova Inc. Yarova Inc. is registered in British Columbia, Canada. BC Registry #: BC1515074. By booking a call, paying, or joining a cohort, you agree to these terms.
1. What Signal is
Signal is a paid, uncompensated practicum — you pay to join, you are not on payroll. You work real tickets on the Axiom enterprise platform under a senior Team Lead. Your commits land on a public GitHub organization, permanently.
Signal is not employment. Signal is not a recruitment agency. Signal does not pay you.
2. No job guarantee
We do not guarantee a job, an interview, or any salary. Anyone who guarantees a tech job is lying. We provide real experience, a verifiable record, and full interview support. The outcome depends on the market and on you.
3. Pricing and payment
- Signal costs $799 CAD per month.
- Billing is month-to-month. Cancel anytime before your next billing date.
- Payment is processed by Stripe.
- No refunds for a month already started. Cancel to stop the next charge.
4. The re-join safety net
If you complete all assigned tickets in a cohort and do not land a stable role, you may re-join the next cohort free of charge. "Complete all assigned tickets" means every ticket marked done and reviewed by your Team Lead. This safety net does not apply if you left tickets unfinished.
5. Reference and background checks
On completion, you may list Yarova Inc. as a reference. We confirm your participation, your title, and your dates — nothing more. Title on file: Independent Technical Fellow (Uncompensated) — Yarova Inc. Misrepresenting your role to an employer voids our reference.
6. Your responsibilities
- Be legally authorized to work in Canada, or arriving within 6 months on valid authorization.
- Do the work yourself. No outsourcing your tickets.
- Keep platform credentials private. Do not share access.
- Represent your role honestly to any employer or background-check firm.
7. Intellectual property
Code you write on Signal tickets stays public under the Yarova GitHub organization. You keep the right to show your commits to employers. The Axiom platform, its templates, and its cluster stack remain owned by Yarova Inc.
8. Axiom licensing
Axiom is licensed to enterprises under a separate written agreement. The annual license includes source code and a custom quote. The signed enterprise agreement governs Axiom — not this page.
9. Liability
Yarova provides the service "as is". We are not liable for hiring outcomes, lost wages, or career decisions. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes are resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
